This paper proposes a damage detection method with two phases, namely, localization and quantification, for beam structures subjected to moving load and successfully validates it via a laboratory experiment. Firstly, the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) is applied to decompose the displacement response change induced by a moving vehicle and locate potential structural damages. Then adaptive-scale wavelet finite element model (WFEM) updating is employed to estimate the damage severity in the identified damage regions in a progressive fashion. The elemental scales of WFEM are adaptively changed according to not only the moving vehicle position but also the progressively identified damage regions. Such a method can effectively minimize the number of modeling degree-of-freedoms (DOFs) and updating parameters during optimization. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method is examined through a laboratory experiment with different damage scenarios. The results indicate the proposed method can achieve good consistency between structural modeling, damage scenarios, and load conditions, as well as an optimal tradeoff between damage detection accuracy and efficiency.  相似文献

The synthesis of hyper-branched ethene oligomers through catalytic insertion reactions with late transition metal catalysts is unique in its synthetic and practical scope. In this study, a series of iminopyridyl Ni(II) and Pd(II) complexes with electron-rich distal aryl motifs were synthesized and characterized. These complexes were very efficient in ethene oligomerization and co-oligomerization with methyl acrylate (MA). Hyperbranched ethene oligomers with different microstructures were generated using different metal species in ethene oligomerization. More importantly, hyperbranched ethene-MA co-oligomers with varying incorporation ratios were generated via ethene and MA co-oligomerization using the Pd(II) complexes. Most notably, weak neighboring group interactions of distal aryl motifs in the nickel system are more effective in influencing the microstructure of ethene oligomers than the corresponding palladium system.  相似文献

Environmental monitoring is getting more important nowadays due to the greater stress faced by the natural environment in the era of urbanisation and industrialisation. To accomplish the task, rapid and reliable analytical probes are essentially needed to perform the monitoring at real time basis with high sensitivity and accuracy. In view of this, analytical probes developed using carbon nanoparticles are one of the latest alternatives that are proven with capability to detect various analytes of the environment. Carbon nanoparticles portray good fluorescence property that enables the integration onto optical sensing transducers. Further engineering via surface functionalization can be performed in the interest to improve the selectivity and sensitivity of the probes. There are several advantages of using carbon nanoparticles and the most significant benefit is the sustainability prospect as compared to other groups of fluorophores. Carbon nanoparticles can be synthesised with greener approach via simple pyrolysis or hydrolysis processes that involve minimum use of toxic or harmful starting precursors, besides able to tap on using renewable resources such as carbon rich agricultural wastes. The synthesis is often performed under mild condition and produces less or no side chemical products. Carbon nanoparticles by nature show low toxicity effect to the environment. This review focuses specifically of the sustainable significances, advantages and achievements in adopting carbon nanoparticles as an alternative for environmental monitoring.  相似文献

The syntheses and characterization of novel propargyl ethers of N-(hydroxymethyl)nitramines that contain from one to four nitramine units are reported. All nitramine-functionalized ethers were well characterized by IR and multinuclear NMR spectroscopy as well as CHN analysis, and the X-ray crystal structures of two of them are described. For ethers bearing two or three nitramine units, the standard molar enthalpies of formation at 298.15 K were determined from the experimental standard molar energies of combustion in oxygen measured by static bomb combustion calorimetry  相似文献

A new method for selective C(5)–H alkylation of 2-substituted furans with tertiary and secondary alkyl bromides under photoinduced by visible light (∼460 nm) palladium catalysis has been developed. The method is relied on the use of available Pd(PPh3)4 catalyst under mild conditions (30 ± 5 °C, K2CO3 as base), tolerates to various functional groups in furanic substrates and provides from good to excellent yields of alkylated products.  相似文献

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries (ZIBs) has been regarded as a promising energy storage system for large-scale application due to the advantages of low cost and high safety. However, the growth of Zn dendrite, hydrogen evolution and passivation issues induce the poor electrochemical performance of ZIBs. Herein, a Na3Zr2Si2PO12 (NZSP) protection layer with high ionic conductivity of 2.94 mS/cm on Zn metal anode was fabricated by drop casting approach. The protection layer prevents Zn dendrites formation, hydrogen evolution as well as passivation, and facilitates a fast Zn2+ transport. As a result, the symmetric cells based on NZSP-coated Zn show a stable cycling over 1360 h at 0.5 mA/cm2 with 0.5 mAh/cm2 and 1000 h even at a high current density of 5 mA/cm2 with 2 mAh/cm2. Moreover, the full cells combined with V2O5-based cathode displays high capacities and high rate capability. This work offers a facile and effective approach to stabilizing Zn metal anode for enhanced ZIBs.  相似文献

Sulfide electrolytes with high ionic conductivities are one of the most highly sought for all-solid-state lithium batteries (ASSLBs). However, the non-negligible electronic conductivities of sulfide electrolytes (≈10−8 S cm−1) lead to electron smooth transport through the sulfide electrolyte pellets, resulting in Li dendrite directly depositing at the grain boundaries (GBs) and serious self-discharge. Here, a grain-boundary electronic insulation (GBEI) strategy is proposed to block electron transport across the GBs, enabling Li−Li symmetric cells with 30 times longer cycling life and Li−LiCoO2 full cells with three times lower self-discharging rate than pristine sulfide electrolytes. The Li−LiCoO2 ASSLBs deliver high capacity retention of 80 % at 650 cycles and stable cycling performance for over 2600 cycles at 0.5 mA cm−2. The innovation of the GBEI strategy provides a new direction to pursue high-performance ASSLBs via tailoring the electronic conductivity.  相似文献

A new type of phase-shifting interferometer was presented by rotating an azo-polymer film with photo-induced optical anisotropy in the light path of orthogonal polarization interferometry. By changing the angle of the optical axis of the azo-polymer film, four phase-shifted fringe patterns were obtained, from which phase difference between orthogonal polarized light could be calculated. The polarization states and the formation of the interferograms were analyzed theoretically using Jones matrix calculations and the experimental verification of the proposed method was also given. This method has a simple optical configuration which utilizes commercially available polarization devices and anisotropic azo-polymer film of low cost. The phase-shifting interferometer also demonstrates a new application of azo-polymer film.  相似文献
